I started this blog around August 2022. At the time, I was still an undergrad figuring out what to do. And, I kinda left it where it was before this blog, after about a year.
A lot has changed for me ever since. I founded and led a tech club at my college for a year. I volunteered for another club and one of my local developer communities for hosting developer & student events. I’ve been to multiple hackathons, won a few. I got an internship that later converted into my current job. And I’ve even been invited as a judge & mentor for a few hackathons as well. And I’ve started working on my startup idea at one point and continuing it right now. Oh and, I made a lot great friends along the way too!
Writing blogs like ‘What is TypeScript?‘ clearly isn’t the best thing I can write about (I still kinda do it on a different blog 😁). I figured this out over 2 years ago but I kept wondering what I should be writing on my personal blog. And I finally think I have an idea.
So, starting now, I’ll be writing my perspective of things, on this blog. I’ve experienced and learnt so many things from the events that took place and the people I met over the span of the past 4 years (2022-2025).
Some jargon words to describe the themes of my future blog posts would be: Hackathons, Leadership, Teamwork, Communities, Productivity, AI, Education, Software Development, Indie Hacking, Entrepreneurship, Creativity, Opportunities, and… that’s all I can think of for now.
Here are some of my blog draft ideas to give you a better idea:
“I live streamed 3 weeks straight, to teach people how to code“ - I’m planning to write about how it happened and what I learnt from it. This is kind of about Communities & Education.
“Winning SIH: Team SPD’s POV“ - My team and I won the Smart India Hackathon in 2024 and I had several students reach out to me for advice on how to win this. I think I have a theory (not a roadmap) to how we managed to win SIH that I’m going to share in this one. And you can probably throw this under Hackathons, Teamwork, & Creativity.
“My perspective to judging at hackathons“ - I’ve always been curious about what runs in a judge’s mind when they look at my hackathon project. Now, sitting in the same seat has taught me a lot of things about viewing other’s work and I’ve learnt how to view it better, every single time. So, this one’s going to be for those curious about how I tried to judge their projects in a hackathon, and for myself, to publish and hear thoughts and feedback on my ways. And… I think you can guess the jargon words for this one.
I hope they gave you an idea as to what to expect from this blog from now on.
I’m not fully sure about what value I’m going to provide through this blog, other than my perspective and experiences for you to learn from, experiment with, debate with me about, criticize, and maybe make your own out of them.
Regardless, through my future blog posts here, you’re gonna meet my authentic public self.
That’s it for now!

P.s. You can always reach out to me on LinkedIn or Instagram, if you wanna talk. I’m not that great at replying because I have so many unread messages at any given time. I’ll try my best to reply to all the messages I get.
P.p.s. This is not my intro post. I’m gonna remain a little mysterious about my details here, until the next post.
